Our Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days. Free on orders over $75, or a flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $75.
- Expedited Craft Express: 1-3 business days. Calculated at checkout based on location.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is crafted and out for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number to follow your pet's new favorite items every step of the way.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. To ensure the premium quality for every pet owner, items must be in their original, unused condition with all artisanal packaging. Returns showing signs of pet use, hair, or dander cannot be accepted under this guarantee.
The Exchange Process
Looking for a different shade or size fit? Contact our concierge team to request a pre-paid shipping label. For size-related exchanges, we provide complimentary re-shipping to ensure your companion finds their perfect nest.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your return at our domestic center and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Funds are credited back to your original method of payment automatically.
